AA Centre - Barton Street

The professionalism of the staff varies greatly. When I registered for my driver’s license, I was assisted by a middle-aged man who was very indifferent towards customers. He kept typing on his keyboard for more than ten minutes without telling me what to do next, leaving me standing there. Of course, not all staff here are like this, most of them are quite good. I hope AA can be more selective when hiring because, frankly, some people are simply not suited for giving service to others. Every learner has to go through AA, so please ensure your service standards remain consistent.

I went to convert my driving license, but the experience was disappointing. An aged lady with brown lipstick and grey or white hair had a poor service attitude, acting as if I owed her a significant amount of money. Friendly behavior and a smile should be the basic standard for customer service, don’t you think? If I hadn’t asked about when and where I could receive my NZ driver’s license, I doubt she would have told me proactively. She even took away my original document, not asking for a copy…

I went to AA yesterday to get my photo taken for my RealMe account. The lady who assisted me at the front desk is friendly, prompt, and good on what she do. Given that there are many people there at lunch time, she knows how to manage everyone's questions. I think it only took me more or less 5 minutes to finish my agenda. Thank you again
