AA Centre - Barton Street

I went to AA yesterday to get my photo taken for my RealMe account. The lady who assisted me at the front desk is friendly, prompt, and good on what she do. Given that there are many people there at lunch time, she knows how to manage everyone's questions. I think it only took me more or less 5 minutes to finish my agenda. Thank you again

That short Guy Shane at this branch was Rude & his Behaviour was really Inapropriate , While my partner was doing the theory test & I was waiting in the branch with my Mother & 3 year old daughter & this Guy Shane walked upto us & wanted us to go out & wait somewhere else not in the Branch while there was Chairs available for waitingnnNever expected that kind of Service from AA .n&nHe found hin rude & arogant who dont care about his Customers .nHe should be more considerate and understanding that we are their Customers & Need to know how to Value us

Being a member of a minority group Pastafarian I was treated with the most friendly manner and respect. A very calm environment with great vibes and I felt the presence ofnThe Flying Spaghetti Monster

Today I went into AA in central and the lady at the counter was very rude and disrespectful towards my dad and I. Dad needed to renew his license, had to sit the reading test the one you look into the lenses and machine and read out the alphabets but she was really rude she should be more considerate and understanding that not everyone understands English that well nor understand when your speaking at a fast pace for them. Then when I tryed to help my dad to understand more of how the test was going like to translate and tell him so it's more specific she told me I can't speak or translate. Watching my dad struggle trying to understand her was very sad. Should be more considerate of other people when English isn't their 2nd language.
