AA Centre - Barton Street

I went to apply for my learners license yesterday and i must say, the service rendered to me by their staff Bibi was professional and very helpful. I highly recommend you go see her for any assistance to your license esp if youre new to NZnAwesome customer service Bibi.

Receptionist who was there on 14th Tuesday lunch time was terrible at her customer service skills, she didn’t know how to talk to customers was treating customers like school children. Commanding customers to do this and that was not polite at all.nThough English is not her first language being polite should be a customer service basic skill.

The professionalism of the staff varies greatly. When I registered for my driver’s license, I was assisted by an aged guy who was very indifferent towards customers. He kept typing on his keyboard for more than ten minutes without telling me what to do next, leaving me standing there. Of course, not all staff here are like this, most of them are quite good. I hope AA can be more selective when hiring because, frankly, some people are simply not suited for giving service to others. Every learner has to go through AA, so please ensure your service standards remain consistent.

The asian lady at the reception desk was incredibly rude and really bad customer service. I’ve worked customer service for 5+ years and it was terrible. She has a bad tone, interrupted me a lot , yells and just dosent help you. She’s not helpful at all and the entire staff watched her behaviour and did nothing. Would not recommend.

I went to convert my driving license, but the experience was disappointing. An aged lady with brown lipstick and grey or white hair had a poor service attitude, acting as if I owed her a significant amount of money. Friendly behavior and a smile should be the basic standard for customer service, don’t you think? If I hadn’t asked about when and where I could receive my NZ driver’s license, I doubt she would have told me proactively. She even took away my original document, not asking for a copy…
