AA Centre - Barton Street

I had a very good experience with Brett yesterday. He is very accomodating and helpful. I had a terrible experience with a trainee today . She took extra amount of time with a simple transaction, I think it was a total of 35 to 40 minutes. All the filled paperworks and requirements were already with her and I believe her manager had already instructed her what to do next. Aside from that, instead of focusing on her task, I noticed that she always look around with her surroundings and more often touching her hair. Based on my experience with her, I feel like she needs more training and reminder that she needs to focus on her task. When she handed me my temporary license, I asked her, “is it all good?”, which she replied as “yes.” However, I almost left with the expiry date of 02/04/2024 in my temporary license. Good thing I noticed it, so I have to go back inside to clarify the date from her. To my surprise, she said, “that’s what I told you when you left, your license will expire after 21 days.” When in fact, it was her who made a mistake of writing down 02/04/2024 instead of 02/05/2024. I just really hope that she will improve in the future with her skills and communication.

AA has the worst service I ever had. The counter staffs look senior are extremely impatient and outright rude. When I asked a question they don't even bother to answer. In the service line, a smile and greet is a minimum. No one deserve a stiff face.

Very poor service I went for the insurance but it seems like everyone is trying to hide somewhere to not work and do their job.nThe elder Indian women in the insurance department always try to waste time and not work. I waited there for more than one and half hours, but no one said or did anything. It used to be very good but anymore.

I requested my submission on Thursday to obtain my IRD number, I have a work proposal in progress and I requested it urgently, I went for identity recognition and I had already called twice to inquire about my submission, and today, a week later, I received a response that my identity recognition was not even included in the system, as I had already called twice to check and the staff told me to wait. Total lack of consideration for the people who need the services provided.

They had no bookings for today but failed to tell us that you could just do a walk in at VTNZ, really unhelpful. I would recommend just going to VTNZ for getting your drivers license
