Great customer service as got double charged by accident and refunded within 1-2 working days.nVery welcoming staff, clean facilities.nLocation is OK but limited by being in a city, so makes sense. But only a brisk 30 minute walk into the centre.nOnly downside is that there were a lot of insects in the showers and around at night, so be careful turning your phone torch or light! Overall, a good place to stay.

I stay at Hamilton City Holiday Park often. It is a great location for what I need. Supermarket around the corner 1 min away. Town 8 min walk. Staff are great. Facilities are good. Great for a quick stop over when needed.nnI haven't rated the rooms as I don't use them. They look good.

While we appreciated the cleanliness of our assigned room, I found the cabin to be quite outdated. Given the price we paid, I expected a more modern and comfortable environment.nnFurthermore, I must bring to your attention a safety concern that affected my son during our stay. He sustained a wound from the fan situated in the cabin. This incident raises serious concerns regarding health and safety standards in your facility. It is imperative that all accommodations, especially those that cater to families, are designed with child safety in mind.

Super friendly staff for taking us for last minute drive in, great location in the central Hamilton, 2 min walking distance to supermarket, large communal area , laundry accept card payment ,washing machine and dryer look new and hygienic that I was expecting! Great water pressure with no annoying time limit button, nice and clean bathrooms, value for money

The check in person was friendly and helpful. The campsites were tidy and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were tidy. The location was great. The only downside was the price... it was higher than most camping grounds for a single person tent.
