Jaycar Electronics Hamilton

I’ve been to Jcar today and have to say I’ve had the best experience with the staff there. I initially had to bring back a battery under warranty. Shaun was super helpful, keeping me updated when the new one was in and following up when needed. Then when I was there I had to connect up a few bits and pieces. Isabella has the technical knowledge and was an absolute legend guiding me on what I needed and through the finicky connection process. Because of the helpful and kind demeanour of these two characters I will remain a loyal customer. Thanks heaps

Found that speaker I really wanted. The sales person was very nice and friendly. It was pleasant to discuss different speakers and technical stuff

Friendly and helpful staff. Would have been a five if they'd had the items I wanted, which aren't uncommon, in stock. Generous on the measuring of the cable I bought.

I wish i could give them 0 star.nI had a product which comes under the 6 months warranty and it got broken. When i went there to replace the guy was too rude and didn't replace for me. He even didn't look at me and start talking to someone else in the store. Didn't even explain me why he can't replace this for me. This kind of rude behavior not acceptable at all. They should at least respect everyone whoever comes to the store. Never ever recommend jay cars at all.

I'm a club member and wanted to order a portable fridge online but the checkout page kept crashing so I drove there instead since it wasn't far and it's good to see the real-life size of things. Because we knew what we wanted we were pretty quick yet hey were very lovely and helpful and answered all of our questions. I would 100% recommend and go back if needed to.
