We had an absolutely awesome birthday party for my mothers 60th. We had a private covered outdoor area around 50 people, which we were allowed to decorate. The pizzas were absolutely delicious! Fantastic wait staff, who were more than willing to help out with our demands. Brilliant manager, who was bubbly and really awesome at providing the best night possible. Drinks were yum and the venus is brilliant, especially if you need a budget friendly place. Amazing work, would highly highly recommend. Thank you so much! Kid-friendliness: Great space for the kids, and they loved all the food! Dietary restrictions: Great dairy free options, gluten free and vegan.
Went here for a work do and it was fantastic. The interior was pleasant and not too busy. Food was out quickly and servers were friendly and happy to help. They have a lovely covered porch with seating perfect for gatherings. The pizzas were good but there was nothing to rave about when ot came to flavour. Their garlic bread looked amazing but didn't have enough butter. Definitely try it out if looking for pizza
I have been coming to this pizza place before they changed there name. And everytime. I mean every single time I go. I have the best experience. Yesterday it was my son's 10th birthday. They went above and beyond for our table of 4. The food was delicious and everytime I take someone different with me they are always blown away too. There was nothing I could flaw. Pizza is always delicious and makes you forget all your problems. The low alcohol slushie was delicious with fresh fruit slices. The dessert was amazing and hit the spot. We finished it off with a coffee while the kids enjoy their pictures to colour in and sundae. Thank you for always providing the best experience. I highly recommend you to all.
The fried chicken was to die for - insanely good & totally 5 star on that side of things but unfortunately the wait times were not great with only one bar staff when our football teams arrived Ferrymead Bays local so they did know we were coming The staff were unprepared and unfortunately after an hour wait we all left without eating what is usually a really nice on the house pizza & chips to share as part of the sponsorship of the club.
Second go around and much improved! Staff were engaging, friendly and attentive. Took our drinks and food order in a timely fashion, checked on us, and made us feel really welcome. Food was great, as always! Thank you team, we had a great night! Kelly, your follow up was very much appreciated. Thank you! It’s a great place you have! The vibe is good and it’s just a really nice, wholesome place to be.
Great pizzeria, spacious, friendly staff, lots of drink options. Also a good choice for team functions.
We visited this place via a First Table booking and we were most impressed with the pizzas. The pizza market is now comprehensively covered across Christchurch but the standout pizza for us was the Kiwi Craving which was just jambed with nice moist and meaty chunks of lamb. We were also highly impressed by their beautifully condimented Greek salad. They have a wonderful assortment of beverages and the service was very charming. Weekends and evenings can be busy but it's a wonderful kid friendly family restaurant.
Have been here a number of times since they re-opened and the service and food have always been top notch! Booked a table for 8 on Saturday evening and even though they were busy inside they always came out at regular intervals to check on us and make sure we were enjoying our night Highly recommend the Flat Mac Pizza!
Has never disappointed us for over a decade and a half. Keep it up. Service, food, ambience, staff, everything. Pls bring back the retro machine to play songs. We always love the spicy lamb, and the pesto bread the most. My mouth is watering!Food: 5/5
