Windsor Reserve

Took the ferry across to Devonport before Anzac Day and had a lovely lunch on the esplanade. Poignant time of contemplation visiting the Devonport dawn Anzac preparations. My father joined the air force and fought in both the second world war and the Korean war. We have so much to be thankful for in the freedoms they were willing to give their lives for for the preservation of our Western way of life

Good place for childen to play in park and for adults to enjoy the beach. Beside that in devenport any one got tickets to get a ferry ride to city, and near by is lands for work, for school or for enjoyment at cheap rates.

Good little park to keep kids entertain. We had fun time riding ferry from CBD, playing in the playground and going back.

Excellent little reserve to take the kids for a day out. While not listed exclusively, the playground here is very nice for both bigger and smaller children, it is mostly under the coverage of trees so accompanying adults have a place to relax while kids play. Pleasant and handy reserve. Adds to Devonports amazing amount of parks. Can swing at the eastern end and shop at the western . Handy parking to the north. Closest toilets at Library.

Great place to hangout with family and friends. Located next to Devenport library. Has plenty of car park, children park beach to hangout. Totally peaceful experience.

Really good park to host such an event. Close to everything...ferry...waterfront and shops.

Beautiful place to go for the day. You can arrive by ferry from Auckland

My home town, love it anytime, great parking and shops.

Both my children 1.5 and 4.5 love this playground. It has a good range of things to play on/with. Parking is a little tricky but we have always found a park in the end. The playground is spread out so can be hard to keep your eyes on multiple children at once. Lots of grass and seats for a snack too.
