A very nice and small park right in the middle of the busy CBD area. There is a memorial obelisk here and one can enjoy the calm surrounded by huge trees whose trunk touch down the ground at various places. The tree and the green patch make this a very unique place. The triangular shape of the park is unique too and allows entry into it from the bordering Emily Place and Shortland Street. A nice place to come for a short stroll in one's lunch break at work.
What a lovely little place with trees, with branches touching the ground! Absolutely admire the beauty...
A small unassuming park … but oh those trees!! Sit, stand, touch, simply be in awe of the incredible arching trees.
Quite a remarkable place in the middle of the city. Small place though but couple of places to seat. The tree is one of its kind. The shape of the tree can be mesmerising. They also have small monument.
Nice retreat in the middle of town. Perfect spot to have lunch or to simply relax.
A small park in Auckland CBD where really old trees are. The branches are dangling so it is like a mini forest inside where you have to make turns to move through them. Worth visiting and it is a good place for couples. The area is also quiet although cars pass by from time to time.
Awesome park with 2 ginkgo biloba's :D
This is one of the little gem pocket parks in the heart of Auckland city. One of the places that make Auckland city a neighbourhood and a liveable city. The recent changes facilitated by Auckland Council and AT, have really validated the importance of liveability in a city centre. Just like any neighbourhood, local residents are businesses' greatest customers
Little green placed in the middle of concrete buildings... It's quite close to Queen Street 5' to wolk, near The Kenneth Myers Centre point of interest, to visit and near the Pullman Hotel. The old twisted trees push you to a little meditation or maybe eating a sandwich in the nature? It's small but charming ... , but, if you don't like old trees the shape of those are amazing!!! and a little break in the nature, or "all the trees are the same for you"; or if you are not just near by, don't go... :
Small and one of the beautiful park in Auckland CBD. The way trees are binded with architecture so beautifully, makes you take amazing photos for Instagram or other social media apps.
