We booked this property back in July to stay 2 nights in October.  Yesterday owners cancelled our booking in the middle of our holiday as they had sold the property.  They should have advised us when we booked that the property was on the market.  We’ve been advised the property went on the market back in December 2021.  Message was very short & quite rude. “We’ve sold and you no longer have a booking”.  Very unprofessional & discourteous to clients.  They should have to honour their bookings.  Big believer in karma.

What an amazing stay! So comfortable, private and quiet. The entire unit was spotless with great quality linen and furnishings. Claire and Colin are terrific hosts and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I would rate them 6 stars. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Tauranga again.

Friendly hosts immaculate presentation highly recommend for that getaway weekend. Very clean and well presented with lovely lifestyle views over valley. Would definitely stay here again.
