Hotel On Devonport

Very disappointing stay. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, and after being told it would take 15-30 minutes this was ok. However, after 30 minutes we were told to wait another 15–30 minutes without anyone even calling housekeeping to check that the room was being cleaned. We were then told the 2pm check-in time is “just a guideline” and that the room doesn’t need to be ready until 10pm, which is ridiculous.nnWith this attitude from the front desk it makes it feel like it's our fault that the room is not ready on time. The staff also offered no apology and therefore while I have stayed here in the past I would not recommend.

The service was great, Mariah at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Stayed for one night and it was a very comfortable, clean room. They provide complimentary snacks and water bottles, which was a nice touch.nVery close to shops/restaurants - highly recommend the Sichuan restaurant across the road.nWould definitely stay again!

Great location, very lovely staff: Maraya was amazing! She welcomed me with her kindness and beautiful smile after my long drive from Auckland. She was helpful and very comforting.nRooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent ,centrally located establishment.nWith the re opening a little whike ago of the Tauranga Club within the complex , it now offers full restaurant / bar facilities with stunning views of the inner Tauranga harbour. Truely exceptional.

Great location with perfect view, lovely staff, clean and comfy room. During check in, staff was so lovely and welcoming. This Hotel is perfect if you’re traveling with kids
