Did not have prior bookings and walked in. Debbie at the reception was very welcoming. The overnight stay was very comfortable. Very well appointed rooms, well maintained property. Well located from the water front and restaurants. Highly recommended

All around negative experience. There are plenty of other more reputable places around the area to stay. I regret booking this place for multiple nights after being treated the way my family was.nnStaff immediately accused me of trying to avoid paying extra for my two children. I repeatedly said I had no issues with paying. They continued to berate me without taking a moment to listen. The booking site we used has been having this known issue. Other places we booked with understood this and took care of things without any issues.nnTo get an accurate representation of how the staff is, be sure to read the replies to one and two star ratings. I should have which would have told me to stay well away from this horrible hotel.

5 Stars to this lovely Establishment as it’s so so clean and centrally located. Debbie on Reception is just so lovely and helpful and friendly and greets you with warmth every time you’re in and out.nRooms are definitely so fresh and clean.nHighly Recommended.

n nnSuper tidy, clean, comfortable and central accommodation. And what I mean by that is possibly the cleanest and freshest place I have stayed at in a long time.nSpeaking to the owners in the morning it is approx 5 years old, so credit to the cleaners and maintenance team as this literally feels brand new.nnBed and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen has literally everything you need if staying for slightly longer in a super cute, compact and functional kitchenette.nnI would def recommend for work trips, both short and longer. Couples escapes try get harbour views if couples, or solo mental health get aways.

Easy to book and find. The reception area was tidy and clean, as was the room. Comfy bed, great sized studio room. Communication was great from start to finish. Definitely recommended
