Came down to Tauranga from Auckland for the L.A.B music gig in Wharepai Domain.nFirst time staying in Tauranga and at a Quest Hotel.nImmaculate premises.nFriendly welcoming staff.nEverything you could want to make your stay comfortable.nOur room was changed daily without even requesting a change.nBest hotel I've ever stayed at.nBed was comfortable.nBlankets and sheets Immaculate.nRoom presentation modern and tasteful.nTV perfectly positioned plum at eye level.nA lot of hotels put the TV in a improper position too high and off in some corner of the room or at an odd angel.nWe stayed in room 202 level 2.nWell done Quest Tauranga.

It’s hard to find a newly built place this clean and conveniently located in Tauranga.nYou can book with complete confidence.nThe host was incredibly kind and welcoming.nWe’ll definitely be back.

All around negative experience. There are plenty of other more reputable places around the area to stay. I regret booking this place for multiple nights after being treated the way my family was.nnStaff immediately accused me of trying to avoid paying extra for my two children. I repeatedly said I had no issues with paying. They continued to berate me without taking a moment to listen. The booking site we used has been having this known issue. Other places we booked with understood this and took care of things without any issues.nnTo get an accurate representation of how the staff is, be sure to read the replies to one and two star ratings. I should have which would have told me to stay well away from this horrible hotel.
