Disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel unfortunately. Firstly, the hotel itself is underwhelming and in no way reflects the photographs online. It’s old and run down. When walking to our room, it felt like we were walking the corridors of an old hospital ward. Big heavy doors and dim yellow lighting. It actually felt quite spooky. Some bright lights in the corridors and removing those heavy double doors around the floors would go a long way to make the hotel feel more inviting. Also putting up some photographs around the walls to bring some colour could be nice. The carpets need to be removed and replaced. They are very old and stained in places. The TVs are old and tiny. These should be updated to modern technology.nnThe only good thing I would say is that the hotel was accomodating to move us when we expressed concerns of stains over the floor in our room. We were very disappointed and they did allow us to change rooms which was good service. They also provided us with a card for a complimentary drink at the bar. We were satisfied with this service.nnHowever, our experience turned sour when we arrived at the bar to have some drinks. The bar staff were rude and lacked any skills. The bar tender did not accept our card for a complimentary drink, stating we need to go and get it signed this was not our error, this was the reception. The bar staff made us go back to reception to fix their mistake. This is absolutely disgusting service. For a mistake made by staff, the bar tender should have just accepted it as they clearly knew where the card had come from and who it was issued by. The main bartender was Liv, who was very rude and condescending. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else for drinks because of the poor hospitality. Please employ staff who have proper hospitality skills, common sense and can provide adequate customer service. Because the staff were clearly immature and lacked common sense.

The room was excellent , clean, spacious and very well set out.nLovely heated floor tiles added luxury to this stay along with the lovely smelling body was and shampoo! I forgot to take photos of these as I want to purchase . The added touch of the cookies was simply gorgeous.nI would definitely book again and highly recommend. Friendly staff added bonus.nGreat food also.

We stayed in an Overwater Spa room and it was lovely! Access to the room and other facilities uses amazing technology that makes it so easy! The rooms are clean and fresh, seemingly quite new. It was lovely to relax on the balcony. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

Was on a short work trip and found the room and facilities very nice. Everyone in our group found Mickey your F&B staff member delightful. He was so efficient and super friendly and made us all feel at ease. The perfect characteristics of someone working in hospitality. I can't say the same about the person that checked me in though. His tone and mannerism just seemed abrupt. Did not even bother to explain about the facilities. Having to deal with cancelled flights and being redirected just to get there, I'm sure I must have looked tired and shabby but this particular front office staff seemed very standoffish and impatient. I happened to pass by while he was checking some other guests and his approach was completely different - quite the opposite.nnI did have a little incident with the iron in the room and so did another person from our group which has been addressed with management and being taken care of in an amicable manner.nnBased on direct contact the other two people I found very helpful and friendly was the lady that works as the night security - She was just amazing, so full of life and did her best to assist me despite the late hour. The staff that I checked out with was also very nice and seemed genuinely helpful.nnBeautiful location, would love to return some day.

Wonderful stay at this hotel, here with colleagues for a conference at the same venue. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Location is excellent and very short drive to airport. Food was good and we had very attentive service from a lovely young man named Jacob.
