Westpac Glenfield

The reviews mentioned here are mostly negative. They show one off incidents which were unpleasant for customers. I have been visiting this branch for more than a year now. I have faced no such issues. The staff is really nice and compassionate. Most recently I visited to open a new account for my mother. Staff took utmost care of the situation and customised the service accordingly. I am deeply grateful of the care and compassion shown. Very highly recommended.

Needed some FX, ordered it and it did not arrive as planned. Out of control situation of Bank. Staff and Manager Sheila went out of their way to help and with constant communication with me made it happen just in time for me to take my Overseas Trip.

Terrible service, did not want to asset at all. Before leaving the lady at the counter commented I would have to print out digital documents before being scanned on there machines. Are you kidding me!

Have to come to this branch as they closed my local, went to change some foreign currency in the weekend only to be told we don't handle cash in the weekend - well who would of thought - a bank that can't give out cash, lol

Horrible experience with the home lending years ago. The moment we ask whether we can buy housing insurance policy somewhere else, the officer and the branch manager starts to talk in a rude and contemptuous manner. Should have filed a formal complaint back then. Avoid banking with this branch unless no other choice.

Asked for an urgent courier for a debit card and paid the fee, and was told it will arrive the next day or the following monday; later to find out that none of that was done by the clerk. I have now missed payments and added further complications. What a waste of time.

Very helpful team. They were quick and better than the Albany team who were useless last time I went in

I activated my Westpac credit card at the Glenfield branch and had a very positive experience. The staff member who assisted me was very kind and friendly and also very efficient
