3 staff were rude. Not LGBTQI  friendly at all.

Understaffed. I had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen.

ATM machine is not working with an overseas Mastercard. They are mentioned on the website from Mastercard Germany, but shouldn't be mentioned there. Be a Kiwi to use their service or leave.
