Wasted 30mins of my work lunch because the lady there gave me wrong price for a package I'm sending even after I doubled checked with her regarding that pricing. Filled in all the forms only to be told the price is $40 more than what she originally quoted. She even made me pay for the courier bag which was used because of original quote. Didn't even apologise/own up to fault and was not good customer service experience at all. Won't be coming back.
Horrible experience. Had gone to post an important document to India and paid 65 dollars for the same only to find out after two months that the document has been misplaced. Have to continuously chase them up for updates. Never Again!!
I almost couldn’t find this post office because it is not actually on Wellesley street but on Albert street. Staff was swift and friendly. Appreciated the air conditioning on this hot day.

Had to find as it is actually on Albert Street not on Wellesley Street. Nice staff but they do not do kiwibank services.
Will send your parcel by courier instead of parcel post, won't give you an option. This happened to me twice so far
Very rude behaviour the lady on the counter for no reason and she realise that customers service is on side but no even handling job properly
One male staff wasn't very polite, after the payment he asked "receipt?" swiftly and faintly, and I didn't catch that in the first place, immediately he made a weird noise from his mouth to let me know I annoyed him. Most of us do jobs that are rather repetitive but that's just life, bottle it up and respectful, especially for a customer facing position. Not expecting a smiling face or wishing me a good day, but at least have some respect please. It's level 3, be nice.
Our best post experience in Auckland, We were served by the lady Lisa she was perfectly expert at her job and gave us all the information we needed so nicely and kindly. She was awesome.
Great service! It was during lockdown that I needed to return some online shopping. With no printer at hand and all printshops closed, they kindly printed out the return label against a small fee and even attached the label to my parcel.
