Hollywood Dairy

Rude and unrespectful service. Asked for payment first then hand me the shipping bag, also required me send the package into the trolley by myself.

I had posted 10 packages the week before last week in this shop, only because the post shop in st Lukes mall had closed for good. And 4 of them have gone missing now. Can you believe that?? This kind of nonsense never happened before to me. First time and LAST time I go this place for sending parcel!!!

Old skool dairy, under construction at the moment. Handy postshop with helpful staff. All the great stuff i love and need. Always busy. All in all. Great staff and the old man is still smiling. Ka Pai guys

Normally I go in and deal with a lovely young man who is chatty, helpful and knowledgeable. Exactly what you want from a local dairy that you visit 2 or 3 times a week. Today I felt with the owners wife. She was rude, argumentative and void of basic manners. Really disappointing. If you see her run.!!

I'll say it—this is the best dairy in Auckland. Love the owner/operators, we're on conversational terms now and this place feels like a key part of the neighbourhood. They have all your typical stuff. Major range of biscuits, tinned tomatoes, non-dairy milks. Also have tape, fancy pens, stamps, postal bags. Also sell the cheapest menthols, apparently. Open till 1030pm.

I buy my cigars from this place; in the event of doomsday I want to look badass lighting one up with friends and family huge selection and the owner of the store is a really friendly gentleman who knows his cigars, I got a great deal on a cigar case too

Attention Cigar Aficionados! Here is THE place to come! I've been to most shops in Auckland and Hollywood Dairy is only where I'll ever go! Worst customer service, id never go here again. The attitude is just terrible. Honestly id travel further rather than go to this place. The lady made me feel stupid for asking questions & enquiring about my post packages.

My work colleague and i went in and found this diary with a post office, First time visit Very helpful and great service. The old girl helped with wrapping packge etc We will be back The Downer boys

I would never come back to this place again! !!?They provide bad product service and with the worsted manner I ever met.
