Great team, great support from specialist and store manager at a difficult time. Came up with a great solution for me and enabled me to manage a tough situation. Turned around quickly and efficiently and handled with huge care. Highly recommended.
These people are simply dangerous. They took all my saving and gifted it to a haker who in 10 minutes managed to empty my account and still not a word from the bank. Case number . I wrote, called in and begged to be contacted. Nothing! Not a word! Fraud team or a manager from the branch
Don't answer their branch phone that was given to me by ANZ fraud department to contact them to collect my card.
Poor business banking experience. Amy n team sucks. Stay away from them
