Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

Been going to this Wendy's for probably over 10 years. Food and service has always been great. Over Covid they were one of the only fast food outlets following proper guidelines, and there's been many a time when they were the only place open later at night. Always super quick and efficient. Literally LOVE Wendy's. Parking: Large parking lot shared with the gym. Always a park available. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs leading into restaurant, so super easy access for wheelchairs.

Met up with our Grandchildren. They had a meal, must of been nice as not a scrap of food left. As I thru the rubbish in the bin. Nana and I had a berry parfait a type of milkshake/ smoothie it was so delicious I'll go to Wendy's just to purchase it. Had a pleasant 90 minutes here as they're fueled up and traveled on home up North.

Great food and awesome service. Too many flies on the inside of the windows competing for your meal..Very annoying and when you ask management to do something about it they say ok but do nothing

As far as fast food Wendy's must be the only one still doing it right consistently. Tasty ingredients that are fresh and of higher quality than their competitors. The chicken tenders are crisp outside, moist and zingy. The beef burger tastes good but could do with more cheese and bacon. The frosty shakes are mean. I love the foil wrapping of the burgers and the chips taste great too. Remember to ask for sauces as most fast food places don't automatically add them.

Wendy's Te Atatu South is the best fast food outlet definitely. Food is super fresh and enjoyable. Salads are my favourite in the summer time. We eat here regularly as it our #1 first choice of fast food. Service is super quick, pumping through the long lines of cars due to popularity. Merry Christmas team i shall miss your delicious food while travelling.

My mum asked for a coke no sugar and the casheer saw that there was already a cup of normal coke that was already filled up underneath the soda machine and pretended to put it underneath the coke no sugar dispenser, pressed it down, and gave it to her. My mum saw the whole thing and new the worker was trying to be sneaky or was too lazy to fill up a new cup, but just drank it anyway and didn't want to cause a fuss, but really they were trying to be sneaky lol.

To be very honest they don’t even bother about Uber drivers and we wait here for more than half an hour. They only prioritise dine in and takeaways and the staffs do not even bother to ask why we are waiting here. I think the management need to harden up as staff are just standing together and talking rather than getting things done. I have experienced it many times and thought it would improve but it hasn’t so that’s why I’m raising a concern and I hope this reaches the management and gets sorted.

The last few times I have visited this place the service has gone downhill so much, as well as the quality of food. The second to last time I pulled through even though the eftpos said accepted they made me pay again saying the machine didn't take the money and had to pay again to receive the food. Checked my statement it had taken the money twice. Took 5 days to receive the refund with a lot of effort on my part. So never returned until Wednesday night when it was the only takeaway open went through to get my boys dinner. I was asked at 3 different times over the order what flavour one of the drinks were. When I drove to the window the lady was swearing under her breathe about something. Wasn't friendly and when the frosty was the wrong flavour that my boys won't eat, and not what I asked for she visibly rolled her eyes when I mentioned to her to swap flavours. Looks like next time I'm in a pickle I will be definitely driving to another suburb to a different fast food restaurant rather than supporting local. As am over the constant bad service and average food.

Went there this afternoon, ordered from the drive thru, photos looked good. Got it home and the burgers looked like kiddy burgers. I could have literally eaten my double whatever burger in two bites. I would not have minded that but it was disgusting, as was the other burger my partner got. It has been some years since I last ate there and based on that experience it will be the last time.
