It was okay. Got my order a tiny bit wrong. My food came with a shake Carl's Jr deals. She was apologetic and asked if I wanted a shake. I said yes thinking I only need to pay the difference the price for the deals meal was $16 but the original price of the singular burger is $12. But no, she wanted me to pay for the full price of the shake which is $6+ I don't remember and her reasoning was because I already paid... So that was unfortunate. Also gave me a spoon instead of a fork for my chilli cheese fries.
Have not had Carls Jnr for almost 2 years dined in the Henderson one today and got the Portobello single beef combo Fries were really salty burger was average and runny from the sauce apart from that standard meal 3 stars due to the fact the toilets are shared which is awkward male and female toilets in the same room ?
I went through drive thru and they were just taking forever. I get sometimes there's a wait on things but how about communicating that to the customer so we can choose whether to wait or not? Food was average. In a way I'm glad because it just makes me more eager to make food at home in future.Food: 2/5
Friendly staff. Clean place, good location & parking. Except for a little hiccup initially, great service! Burger was well-made and not just slapped together. Oreo Milkshake is fantastic. Fries were a fresh batch. Love the ketchup AND mayo served to go alongside!
Very slow service. Only 2 other people in restaurant. Carl Jrs is owned by same who own kfc.... so.... same same. Slow slack service. Wont be on my list of food places. A shame by because the food tastes great.Food: 5/5
This is better than this place should have tonight. Over 50 minutes wait for 3 meals. I was told they had an issue with breaks and basically we as diners didn't really matter. The shift manager said the staff were useless and didn't have any idea what they were doing. They had given our food to other people and basically too bad. I wanted to buy an ice cream and was then ignored by 4 staff members. They were prioritizing uber the whole time to the detriment of the diners. The burger that was carb less was wrapped in the thick inedible lettuce, for $20 plus, it was not worth the money paid. My family will not be back due to this experience. Maybe you need to consider getting staff that actually want to make your restaurant a success not a huge failure.
Been here twice both times were terrible customer service, but today I’ve never been anywhere that’s made me uncomfortable until I came and visited today, as soon as we tried to order, my partner was ordering a combo and the girl taking the order pulled out her phone and ignored my partners order then made my partner repeat her order because she was to busy looking at her phone, then as we went to sit down we got the food, the food was great! However immediately both the girl who served us and another girl were both talking about me and my partner giving us disgusting looks and making it very obvious, and kept pulling out their phones aswell. Only given 2 stars because the food was good and came fast but workers were horrible.
Just had the $50 family share/bundle meal with 4 burgers, 4 small fries, 4 small drinks and 4 Ice Cream Sundays. The order was slow to come out but the burgers were awesome, they even gave us an extra burger by mistake! Nom Nom Nom! The fries were very small but the Sundays were covered in Chocolate and Strawberry sauce. All in all the family had a great time
Big fan of carls Jr. Tried their fish burger for the first time and didn't like it at all...never again. Will stick to their mouth watering beef buggers. The loaded cris cut fries were awesome as usual.Food: 4/5
Wow the food was great well mine was. My hubby said the new promotion burger something Angus cheeseburger wasnt worth the money or the taste.Food: 4/5
