Popped in tonight for some printing. Vanessa was fantastic. Professional and friendly. Worth her weight in gold

After a really disappointing interaction with 3 young female staff members a few months ago ,today Vanessa really turned things around...she was kind and willing to go above and beyond to help. Thankyou Vanessa.

They sorted a printing issue I had and called me back promptly once the issue was brought to my attention.nThe team are always friendly albeit they are mostly always short staffed but that’s no fault of the team.

Have tried calling the store multiple times and never get an answer. Can’t leave a voicemail because it just keeps ringing.

Was served by Patricia, who was exceptionally helpful in cutting some card that I purchased, despite having had some seemingly tricky customers before me. She is an asset to the Warehouse brand.
