They sorted a printing issue I had and called me back promptly once the issue was brought to my attention.nThe team are always friendly albeit they are mostly always short staffed but that’s no fault of the team.

After a really disappointing interaction with 3 young female staff members a few months ago ,today Vanessa really turned things around...she was kind and willing to go above and beyond to help. Thankyou Vanessa.

Warehouse Silverdale keep proving they are the worst in the business.nn3 teenagers running the stationery department. None of them know what they are doing. Looking at each other and asking what to do. Ques lined up for hours. What an absolute joke!nnCompletely damaged my print and zero apology or refund. Just said it's hard.nWent to customer service, who said ah that's no good!nnWhen will this branch sort itself!nYears of disappointment and nothing is changing.

I went in with only a USB stick an idea of what I wanted. An extremely helpful, knowledgeable assistant asked a couple of questions and went ahead and quickly produced two perfect large spiral-bound documents while also helping other customers. Fantastic service.

Ordered something to be printed and laminated, which had a blank white background. It had a weird, almost static-looking greyish background when given to me. No phone cases for iPhone models like iPhone 11 pro. Friendly staff though, who are helpful when getting security-protected items.
