The NZ health system is a mess - inspite of the so called "caring" nature of those who work within the system. Found Waiuku a backwater. Jackie the Office Manager could not organise a Girl Guide outing. Look elsewhere unless you love wasting time.

Modern facility, staff are friendly. Have been three times and always have to wait an extra 30 to 45 minutes after my appointment. Today they changed my appointment without contacting me. Be prepared to allow more time in your day to have an appointment.

Couldn’t be seen at all and the lady said “oh well” when I couldn’t get to the nearest Urgent Care. Terrible service.
