Wife and I bought this machine last week. Did the first cycle and water leaked and flooded our bathroom, part of our carpeted hallway and carpeted bedroom. Went back and they initially said it was not faulty and probably how we set it up. Ran a second cycle and took video of the water leaking out the bottom. Called and asked for a refund, got shuffled around different people. Eventually told that they would do the refund and to send pictures of the damage to claim for damages. Then hear nothing from them. Call back today and get told I need to claim through my insurance and if I don't have insurance then that isn't their fault and they won't cover the damages even though the washing machine is clearly faulty. Thanks to the leak, it took 2 days to dry out the carpet and there is now a colour difference and one of my doors is no longer shutting as the water got in the wood frame. Do not recommend shopping here
Best price in the town for any home appliances. Plenty of options to choose from. Parking space is good and quick service.
Would avoid unless your only last resort option. As a tradesmen the quality on some products are alright. However anything you’re planning on putting into your wall I would stay well clear. Well worth doing research before buying the product.nI’ve spent over 2k with them. My advice would be to make sure your product is in stock and can be viewed before leaving the store. Make sure every single detail matches your plan.nI’m still missing a vanity unit, they were happy enough to deliver the top. I’ve rejected a shower tray and second one has turned up with defects like the first. Customer service is rubbish. Asked if the shelf’s were removable for plumbing. Was told yes all shelf’s are removable. If breaking out the shelf is classed as removable, then yes its removeble.However this will void the warranty.nCustomer service on getting a replacement is horrific. No point phoning be waiting for 10-20 minutes to be told to email them for refund. It’s an absolute circus. You pay for what you get I suppose. I’d recommend staying away. Their warranty’s don’t even meet NZ code which should raise alarm bells.
Went in today to purchase electrical and plumbing fittings, showers, vanities, toilets and tapware. Was fortunate to have Logan serve us. He was so knowledgeable about everything we were purchasing and had fantastic customer service skills. So impressed. Goods to be delivered over the next couple of weeks however have every confidence that everything will be in order. Thank you.
I believe their call centre based in Philippines / offshore, so don’t bother calling them - you’ll waste precious time and energy and they won’t be able to help you nor understand you. Eg ringing because you’ve seen one of their ads on the weekend and want to take up the offer. 9 minutes on the call and counting, no closer to an answer. Finally replied to say someone will call me back. In store experience is far superior though.
