1 star is probably more than they deserve. The after sale customer service is absolutely rubbish.nI purchased a shower unit on 9/11/24 and am still waiting on parts of it. I have called and emailed, been told they would come back to me and just getting ignored. It should not be this difficult.nThey are happy to take your money, and then they do not care.
Very quick delivery. However, would be nice to be informed a day or two before when they will be arriving so we can have someone present to receive the delivery especially if they are large like a refrigerator. It was just lucky that I was still at home when they called. But overall the products are good priced and really good quality too! Would recommend!
Have used these guys over and over again and always happy with order and delivery service. The communication is excellent on the delivery day with phone call, text and driver tracking. Will keep returning - happy customer.
I bought trade tools which I found have great prices and quality products as compared to competitors. I will recommend buying from there.nCaution: Please check your order carefully if picking up from the warehouse as I bought 2-clear sheets but when got home then I found 1-clear sheet and 1-tinted one.
By far the best price and value for a wide range of products. My full kitchen renovation was less than half the price of what is offerd from the competitors.nThe assembly nearly drove me around the bend but I actually enjoyed the challenge in the end. By doing so it made me understand the workings of the cabinet hinges and draw mechanisms which are very well designed.
