I Try going to all other alternative hardware stores even if it’s the same company but for some reason the beckenham one seems to be very hmm, staff aren’t very helpful and don’t seem to want to help but would just direct etc. although when asking for help from the female staff members they’re very informative and alert! Love their service! The men in the plumbing section etc could do with some customer service rather than just catching up with people for ages and you don’t want to interrupt so just spend ages trying to figure out the store yourself.
Very helpful staff - went and found our outdoor furniture purchase and delivered it all the way to our vehicle. Great service
I was warmly greeted by a beautiful blond lady at spray paints as soon as she was free. I let her know what I wanted and why and she gave me options and great advice. Great service my duck is indeed gold
Super friendly and helpful staff, especially Mike. Parking is easy. Store is clean and well presented.
Love this mitre 10. Still has the feeling of the older style of the brand. Helpful and cheerful staff with an excellent range of goods make this a kiwi icon of a store. The customer service is some of the best I have seen in NZ. Well done indeed.
