Love this store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Mitre 10 also has a coffee shop inside and a playground and if you have kids they can play and have fun. They also have a wide selection of plants to choose from. Thier toilets are also well maintained and clean. Pet friendly store also as I can see some customers bring their dogs with them. A lot of DIY tools to choose from too. They also have a lot of counters when you pay. I would definetly come back to this store. Thumbs up for me.

I've been a regular customer here and have purchased everything from landscaping materials, to tools, to building supplies, and most things in-between.nnThe staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to something, then they are happy to find out and look into it for you. Even if it's not their department, they will find someone who can help.nnThe product range and pricing is also very good overall, and I'll never go back to a certain big-green overseas competitor. :
Great store, friendly staff, clean and tidy. We'll organized made it easy to find what I was looking for. The online pricing and product descriptions were great with reviews and has the isle number and bay number so you know exactly where your going to find the products.nWill be going back again and again
Very good general store for everything home and garden. One of better equipped and organised stores with clear and not confusing marking, so you can find everything you may need from tools, to bathroom and kitchen, paints, garden plants, daily accessories. Everything you need for home. In addition a cherry on the top is staff. Always nice and friendly. Every shop should learn about customer service from Mitre10 staff ! One of the best teams and approach to clients I have ever seen. Always there to help when you need and assist in any type of enquiry you may have. Always happy to come back.
