I walked into this store and was greeted by a very friendly staff member asking could she help me? I was wanting to buy a bathroom wall heater, she then directed me to the aisle it was in. While looking at the range of heaters a staff member approached me and gave me good advice on which item to buy. Then at the check out I was greeted by yet another friendly staff member.nThe manager of this store should be proud of the calibre of his staff, friendly, good eye contact and a good knowledge of the products they are selling. Thank you very much.
Very good general store for everything home and garden. One of better equipped and organised stores with clear and not confusing marking, so you can find everything you may need from tools, to bathroom and kitchen, paints, garden plants, daily accessories. Everything you need for home. In addition a cherry on the top is staff. Always nice and friendly. Every shop should learn about customer service from Mitre10 staff ! One of the best teams and approach to clients I have ever seen. Always there to help when you need and assist in any type of enquiry you may have. Always happy to come back.
Excellent customer service. I find the layout of this store unintuitive but prompt and knowledgeable service from staff more than makes up for this. I also really appreciate that all customers are attended to equally.
mitre10 Hornby I cannot recommend highly enough. We have been there nearly everyday for the last few weeks and they have been so helpful with everything. Best of all today they helped us with a blown up de Walt charger, price was amazing
Customer service superstars! Had interactions with 5 staff and they all were very helpful and polite. It's so nice to get and rare these days. From start to finish, couldn't fault the experience.
