Love this store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Mitre 10 also has a coffee shop inside and a playground and if you have kids they can play and have fun. They also have a wide selection of plants to choose from. Thier toilets are also well maintained and clean. Pet friendly store also as I can see some customers bring their dogs with them. A lot of DIY tools to choose from too. They also have a lot of counters when you pay. I would definetly come back to this store. Thumbs up for me.
Very good general store for everything home and garden. One of better equipped and organised stores with clear and not confusing marking, so you can find everything you may need from tools, to bathroom and kitchen, paints, garden plants, daily accessories. Everything you need for home. In addition a cherry on the top is staff. Always nice and friendly. Every shop should learn about customer service from Mitre10 staff ! One of the best teams and approach to clients I have ever seen. Always there to help when you need and assist in any type of enquiry you may have. Always happy to come back.
Worst warranty and replacement, they do not have procedure for replacement, It took 2 weeks to find out who is going to do warranty for Robinhood products, Hopeless Mitre10 system. Still not sorted, would not prefer in future, Bunnings way better - straight forward replacement on spot
I’ll never shop at Bunnings again. The team here are so helpful. I’ve had great service from Damon in plumbing, a lovely older gentleman in bbq and Chris from garden tools to name a few! Every time I’m in there a smiley staff member asks if I need assistance.
I walked into this store and was greeted by a very friendly staff member asking could she help me? I was wanting to buy a bathroom wall heater, she then directed me to the aisle it was in. While looking at the range of heaters a staff member approached me and gave me good advice on which item to buy. Then at the check out I was greeted by yet another friendly staff member.nThe manager of this store should be proud of the calibre of his staff, friendly, good eye contact and a good knowledge of the products they are selling. Thank you very much.
