Love this store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Mitre 10 also has a coffee shop inside and a playground and if you have kids they can play and have fun. They also have a wide selection of plants to choose from. Thier toilets are also well maintained and clean. Pet friendly store also as I can see some customers bring their dogs with them. A lot of DIY tools to choose from too. They also have a lot of counters when you pay. I would definetly come back to this store. Thumbs up for me.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Every time I've gone in and needed help to find something or simply just for advice, the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store.
I initially had an issue with Boxing Day promotion not applying to Mitre 10 Gift Cards, I contacted the store after requesting birthday and xmas gift cards to spend on boxing day sales and not being eligible. The store was fantastic with communication and honoured the promotion.nnThe staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, we wouldn't shop anywhere else.
Staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Boxing day sale cash back promo not applying to vouchers left me to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed at the register. Not a great experience and I regret making the effort.
Very good general store for everything home and garden. One of better equipped and organised stores with clear and not confusing marking, so you can find everything you may need from tools, to bathroom and kitchen, paints, garden plants, daily accessories. Everything you need for home. In addition a cherry on the top is staff. Always nice and friendly. Every shop should learn about customer service from Mitre10 staff ! One of the best teams and approach to clients I have ever seen. Always there to help when you need and assist in any type of enquiry you may have. Always happy to come back.
