Excellent service. Very knowledgeable staff. The difference to their main competitor is they seem to care more. This is not their competitors staff fault as I see it's corporate greed from poor staffing and self service checkouts there, but mitre 10 doesn't have the same problems. Keep it up mitre 10.... and please no self service checkouts
True Mega warehouse with everything you could possibly think of for home improvement. It was quite busy when I was there, but it never felt crowded or stressful. I even got through the checkout quickly. Staff were friendly and engaging, always asking if we needed help looking for anything. Would definitely continue to shop here in future.
Staff very helpful. Big store with good parking. Sheer size makes it a bit difficult to find things but clear and visible signs what's in each aisle. Some things great price others definitely more expensive. I was a little surprised at the lack of camping dishes.
Excellent customer service. An awesome guy helped us exchange a product, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name the operator code was WJCS he sound South African. Brilliant service thanks so much.
Thankyou to the paint team on today 1st of Jan, who were super knowledgeable and also great at getting that knowledge across in a way that I could understand and apply to my project. Especially the lady with long red hair sorry I didn't get your name whose genuine encouragement and the clever solution you came up with are very appreciated. 100% worth the longer drive to Mitre 10 today.
