The Afterpay and Q Card options are really helpful, especially for bigger purchases, and make things a lot more manageable. On top of that, the customer service is great—the team are friendly, patient, and clearly doing their best to help. Overall, a very positive experience and a reliable place to shop.
Scott was awesome to deal with. He helped me find the sprayer I was looking for and, even though it wasn’t in stock, he took the time to find some great alternative options.nnSuper friendly, went above and beyond, and provided excellent customer service. Give this man a promotion!
Good store. Generally well stockednTerrible service. Couldn't find staff to help. Down another aisle 4 staff standing around talking about their Friday night.nWill only return here if absolutely necessary.
I wish to let the managers know that today i was served by Liam. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the lawn motor I was interested in and ended up purchasing. Very good service
Friendly staff, good knowledge on their areas. If they don't they always send you in the right direction to someone who does. Good range and stock available.
