Love the store you can buy a lot of choices in here. Has a good playground for kids. Only thing is the public toilets are too small for a big size store like bunnings and everytime I visit here toilets are not cleaned well.
Always a good trip. They need a few more staff so you can find one for help. But when you do, they know their stuff. There was one girl in outdoors though, she almost refused to help as she wanted her break and waved us off. Won't give less stars for that but, can staff not take a break late if cx needs help?
After looking on the website we went into the store to purchase product couldn't find it on the shelf, asked for help. The young guy said that they were showing 8 on their system. Still couldn't find it. He suggested we do a click and collect and wait 2 hours. If I could buy it click and collect then why couldn't he just go out the back and look for it. Completely wasted my time today
They really need to update their stock availability. We went in for a storage box which was showing in stock on my Power Pass app. When we asked a worker they told us they were showing 8 in stock on their system but they had been looking for the for days and can't find them? So why not change it to no stock????
We went looking for a certain spot vac, couldn’t find it where it said it was online. Went looking for someone to help, asked the first person we saw and she looked it up and just told us where it should be, but she couldn’t be bothered actually coming to help us find it.. ended up asking someone else who came and helped us look, had a look out the back for us and also grabbed someone else to help too, he then had a look at other stores for us and found us one. Great customer service from the two males that helped us, they were super friendly and helpful! Disappointing service from the other girl who wasn’t willing to help
