T7 customer service zilch! Went to pick up an online order because they had no stock at the time we were looking . The guy who served us today was the same unhelpful , lathargic, guy who didnt put any effort into helping us last time. He walked out the back to get our parcel with his hands in his pockets at a snails pace as if we had interupted his day by actually needing to collect our parcel. Absolutely nil. If you dont want to be there working with customers then go work where you dont need to deal with people. It was a simple wee task today at around10am.nNot to mention the box the boots came in was in a state! Why would you hand a customer a box like that!! $1200 worth of goods, fair go put some effort in.
I had an excellent experience with Bill at Torpedo7. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, helping me choose the right bicycle with great patience and expertise. His service attitude was outstanding. What impressed me most was that he even stayed after hours to make sure everything was sorted out for me. I really appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for expert advice and top-quality service.
Went to this store in Christchurch to look for a tent and sunshade. They had 50% off Torpedo 7 tents and sunshades. We looked at an orange sunshade which had a large white sign stating $199.99 and next to it the 50% off. When we looked at the tag on the sunshade its original price was $129.99 non member and $103.99 for members. I spoke to the customer service team and they explained the price had gone up and they had put a black marker pen over the tag price. That’s a massive mark up and very misleading advertising Torpedo 7, the 50% discount looked good but really you were saving about $4!nMy 10 year old daughters question as we left was how many other items have you done this too?
I couldn't bear to see so many people give 1 star. I helped take many photos. A blonde beauty greeted me very friendly. It's a pity that I didn't buy anything today. I will come back next time to buy the supplies I need.
I ordered a child's mountain bike online on the 29th of December and it still hasn't arrived with multiple phone calls to find out when it will be getting here no one could tell me. Finely get a txt message saying it was with main freight and will be delivered today so rang to find out what time and they said no wont be delivered today. Would not recommend buying anything on line through torpedo7 its taken far to long.
