Ordered a weight bench and some weights online for click and collect. Website said there was a delay of 10 days, that was fine. 2 weeks later, no communication. I emailed and got an auto reply saying someone would contact me within 48 hours. 1 week later, nothing. After 2 months waiting, I had enough. I emailed saying I wanted a refund. 2 weeks later I finally got a refund, minus the shipping fee! Disgraceful.nnNEVER AGAIN. Torpedo7 cannot be trusted.
In all my days on this earth I have never seen such a polite and informed young man deescalate a situation as I did today. The customer in front of me was being rude and clearly condescending towards this boy at the counter and he handled the situation very well, I hope this doesn’t happen too much anymore.
Ordered 4 items. 1 arrived. One got cancelled after 3 weeks because they no longer had stock. Tried to cancel the other 2 items in store because they hadn't been sent after a month. They were not able to issue a refund, staff were inexperienced and wasted a lot of my time. Customer service team by email has ignored my emails.
Bought kayak hoist. Waited 2 months, with multiple enquiries and phone calls. Nobody at customer service could tell me where my order is, and they needed to generate a case number. 3 cases, no a single reply and solutions. I am pissed off beyond imaginable and had to settle for a refund, because I am sick of spending 40 min on the phone every time that leads to nothing. Terrible job guys, absolutely pathetic
Had a brilliant salesperson in the bike department help me with buying a bike - thanks Jack for all your help. I haven’t been on a bike for a few years due to an injury so he took his time ensuring I was getting a bike for my needs and that I had confidence in my choice. Your customer service was great. A big shout out to Jack at Torpedo 7 Clarence Street. Cheers
