I recently purchased a bike from Torpedo7 and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The bike is top-notch-smooth, sturdy and perfect for my needs. Yesterday I bought a pair of ski boots from Brandon. He molded and fitted my boots using some pretty cool tools. Good price too for brand new extremely light durable ski boots. Plus I got some ski poles with a slight discount. Great customer service! I'd always recommend going physically to the store
I find in store staff to be kind, courteous and helpful although stores are massively understocked. DO NOT buy anything online from T7. I've waiting in excess of 1 month for items on multiple occasions after making full payment and on one occasion they were sold out and never told me. The Communication, customer service, stock tracking, and policies around refunds, returns, and exchanges are not acceptable. I had to do all the chasing, and spent hours on hold and being fobbed off. Never again.
Just bought 2 pairs of ski boots with a lot of help from Brandon who fitted them for us. It's quite a process, yet he was super helpful, patient and professional. A+ service!
We tried buying toddler swim vests from here after checking online they were “in stock”, but they had them in a container out back that they said they couldn’t access. Advised to wait a few days until the website was up and running and order online, did this then the swim vests disappeared and when I phoned they said they didn’t have them in stock anywhere nationally.nTried buying another brand and style from Torpedo today which showed online as in stock also, got to the store and they didn’t have that brand either. Went to the warehouse and bought two swim vests within minutes not sure what’s up with Torpedo7.nDid manage to buy two helmets after they said they only had one - helpful guy checked again and found another. Helmets were a win!
