We looked all around the place for indoor football shoes and finally found some at this store. Shout out to Olly for the great service. He is a credit to the store. He explained why there’s not a lot available for indoor football and offered to show us some court shoes that could also work. He has great customer service skills. Glad we went here.
Usually enjoy visiting rebel sports but sizes of clothing are limited for the more desirable items, shoes included. I managed to find a couple of items I liked but would've spent more if they had the stock.nCould see online that a shoe I was after was in low numbers but in stock at this particular branch, though when approaching staff they said it would take ages for them to find, like they couldn't be bothered. They told me that Riccarton definitely had 1 pair, so I opted to go there, and it sold out on the way. Not overly helpful.
I was very disappointed in how a staff member in your Hornby store treated my daughter. It costs nothing to be polite and maybe the younger staff should be reminded of that and the importance of customers. Without customers the staff wouldn't have jobs. I've always had excellent service at the store in the city.
Ordered online with click and collect and selected “collection tomorrow” due to stock being available. Didn’t hear anything the next day so followed up….due to stock insufficiency is being shipped in. Ok no concerns but some communication would have been appreciated and when stating this was told “it says 2-4” working days as per standard timeframes despite not being able to find this on the click and collect option I selected.nnNo apologies for delay or lack of response. Not great customer service experience.
