My favourite Rebel Sport to shop at!! Great sales, stock, presentation and staff! One stand out staff member is Omar. He is an absolute asset to your company. Such fantastic welcoming customer service skills and super helpful!! As a regional manager in retail, this service stands out!! Love coming to this store. Well done!
I had Omar helping me to find a great running shoe. Omar was sooo lovely and made my shopping experience that much easier. The knowledge and banter went a long way! Thank you
Not impressed with the staff or service and I'll definitely try avoid this branch in the future. Despite saying they close at 6pm, the door was closed by 5:50pm.nAround 5;40 I asked if my 4 year old son could use the toilet but I was sent to South city but the closest entrance was closed and I knew I had to be back before 6. When I got back, my wife and daughter were inside, and I was locked out with my 4 year old, and I had to pay for the purchase.nWho denies a 4 year old toilet? Rebel Sports.
The shop had a large collection of spots items. The staff service was really bad maybe it's the long hours. We didn't even get a box for the pair of Nike shoes we got even if we asked. Also there was a bag free for every 50 dollar purchase but we had to come back and remind the cashier about that as well. You really have to be better. People are spending money on your shop
As usual the staff don't know what they are doing when you ask for help but the stock and prices are good. As someone who prefers retail to online, this store is a good option as tidy and not attached to a mall.
