This is one of my favourite sport shops I always go for specials and get a good deal and very nice quality stuff love the clothes they fit really good and I love them for the gym. Best price ever when a sale.
Great helpful staff member called Lauren who made sure my wife was fully assisted in selecting suitable shoes. I also found myself a nice clearance pair of Sketchers as well. Good deals and great staff highly recommend.
Normally love Rebel Sport Colombo StnnChristchurch . Got a fairly big order the entrance peeped when I left ... the young girls waved me through ... I live a long way from Rebel Sport . One of those locked thingies was still on one jacket ... rang and the girl said they were busy ... not good enough double check... have to go all the way back in for them to get it off...
Rebel Sport Christchurch near South City is by far the best store to visit for both customer engagement, cleanliness and layout. I have visited the others stores in and around Christchurch and they are a shambles.nAll clothing was in order even in the clearance area with all sales items in sizes.nFrom the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with a warm good morning and then Mark served me in a professional engaging manner. Today I visited Rebel Sport Colombo as I have done for many years have always had a great shopping experience until today. I was approached by the Male Cashier who was looking for someone Named Melissa He asked Me Melissa is it? I said no He then asked Me if I was sure I said yes I'm not Melissa He then proceeded to ask Me for I.D so I showed him my I.D He then Appologised and walked off no explanation sadly because He made Me feel unwelcome I left the store not long after and will not be shopping there again I said this to Him on my way out I will not be shopping here again after the way you have treated Me today instead of correcting the situation He was fine with that and allowed Me to leave terrible customer service and You are so rude.
