Nice and clean - went on a Wednesday afternoon. The only thing I would say is that some of the boxes of shoes weren't arranged their correct styles. The shoes I was looking for was mixed between new and old styles. Everyone was however friendly and helpful
Asked for help locating item, staff checked it's in stock, can't locate it. Said she would go ask a supervisor, I waited a bit and followed her up to the counter to see she's now serving someone on the till. Why waste people's time, just say you have no idea instead of ignoring customers.
Low staff levels, very hard to get help, ques at the checkout.nIt was very disorganised and hard to find what I was looking for.
Thanks to the staff, specifically Tane, for holding the store open for me at 5:59pm on a Friday. Needed to pop in for just a minute for a specific item, and he held the door open. Not only that, but also came outside when I left my phone inside to come give it back. Really went the extra mile!
