Pretty good to deal with on the occasions ive been in to the chch store. one staff was super helpful , one was a bit cray tho, and didnt have many sizes in rugs i was wanting during the 2 sales i went in, but offeted to get them in for me but its a bit far for me to come back to pickup. Bit hit an miss with sw but still got a couple of good bargains .
Love this place! Smells so great! Big selection of everything horsey, love, love, love it.nCustomer service is excellent never had a bad experience, if they don't have what you need they order it, no worries. Been to a few other saddleries around CHCH, very snootie, felt out of place! But not here very welcoming A++++++
