I called in to check if they had my size in RM Williams boots as no where else had them in large sizes. Not only did they have the best range but were also extremely helpful. 100% recommend to shop here and will definitely come back.
5/5, my partner brought me an item at the Hamilton field days as we live in Hamilton and it was the wrong sizing. I emailed the team to see if there was any possibility in changing, they were not only ok with me swapping the size out but gave me different options around different items if I wanted. They were super helpful and amazing to deal with. I would 10/10 recommend.
Great customer service from the ladies running the show. Despite being busy they were very helpful fitting me into my new gear and making sure I left with everything I was after. Good customer service and friendly staff are hard to come by these days and they have exceeded expectations. Will be returning!
