Bought a Husqvarna ride-on machine in fielday and paid in full.then they tried to deliver a lower range machine. Negative star for their “service” if they have.
Went into The Tractor Centre this afternoon to look into purchasing a tractor. Stood in the middle of the store waiting for someone to come and talk to me. Five minutes later still hadn’t been seen to. A lady walked past me, there were people in the office deep in conversation, and one man serving someone in the parts department. Gave up in the end and left. I won’t be going back anytime soon.nFootnote: Spent $60k down the road at Norwoods. Great service there.
Absolutely terrible service. Ride on mower has only been going for 6 months. They cant help with parts. $600 wasted. The mower you sold us is obsolete. We never would have purchased had we been told. Saceo belts helped us with the belts. You sold us the wrong belt 3 times
Excellent service, I needed some parts urgently and the service man went the extra mile to help me. I will be back Thanks very much
