Went there today and when asking for help the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcome, despite us being nothing but polite. When being confused because we weren’t helped at all and just thrown a form a different lady was even more rude infront of all the people in the waiting room. Would not recommend going here made to feel extremely unwelcome and a burden because they have to do their job?! we are supposed to feel safe especially in this kind of environment. what a bloody joke.
No helpful staff at all. Very rude.nWhen i got there, there were no staff to help me and when i stood there and asked for assistance she just said just wait for another avail staff member. Very rude
Extremely rude service by a lady today when I went to drop off a sample. Ironic that we are expected to treat the staff kindly but that they cannot be courteous to the customers. It was outright embarrassing to be yelled at in front of everyone at the waiting room, when all I asked for was assistance to drop off my sample.
Phlebotomist named Bobbie was superb. Professional yet empathetic to my circumstances, definitely made someone's rough start to the day a little bit better.
We had the happiest, most friendly lab technician, she was a good laugh and super professional and caring when someone blacked out. Great with my teenager and her friend. I really appreciated her.
