Just sharing Good experience from Awanui labs Pukekohe.nnToday my wife was here to do her glucose tolerance test because she is pregnant. One of staff saw my wife getting trouble to sit on chair .She came through to my wife and give her pillow to sit .nnI really appreciate to her ,good people still around who look after everyone without sees his colour and community .
Really disappointed form one of staff behaviour.nI went there coz my son was sick sour throatSo, doctor Said to me “He needed his throat swap sample “So, i went for labtests and The lady from staff said “they will no do swap, I have to do” I said ok but with kids it’s little hard to do , i touched swap with my son tongue So, she said with very rude way “You wasted my swap go and ask your doctor he will will do and take swap from your doctor we don’t have for waste here “This is totally unacceptable behaviour from staff . Our medical is free from government. Why is rude behaviour from staff ? Staff is not paying for anything.
Went there today and when asking for help the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcome, despite us being nothing but polite. When being confused because we weren’t helped at all and just thrown a form a different lady was even more rude infront of all the people in the waiting room. Would not recommend going here made to feel extremely unwelcome and a burden because they have to do their job?! we are supposed to feel safe especially in this kind of environment. what a bloody joke.
Extremely rude service by a lady today when I went to drop off a sample. Ironic that we are expected to treat the staff kindly but that they cannot be courteous to the customers. It was outright embarrassing to be yelled at in front of everyone at the waiting room, when all I asked for was assistance to drop off my sample.
We had the happiest, most friendly lab technician, she was a good laugh and super professional and caring when someone blacked out. Great with my teenager and her friend. I really appreciated her.
