I'd never been to this Spotlight store. It's a long way from home. I bought an item from the sewing section. This is the most helpful and friendly I have found staff in a Spotlight store in ages. As a result I purchased something I have been thinking about for a long time because the staff were knowledgeable and able to assist. Thank you Lynda, Robyn & Michelle.
Store was clean and set out correctly but someone needs to introduce the staff to a smile or explain to them what customer service means. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time.
This a very small cramped store. So getting around with a trolley is no worse to when I visited 14mths ago with a newborn in a pram. Not many staff on at the time so getting help to find products was a bit of a mission. Alot of products are located behind checkouts so feel awkward going behind them to be able to view them. Given size of the store perhaps they need to scale back on a bit on products or relook at store layout?
I had to change a negative review I gave a year ago. Since then I've noticed a big improvement. Very well stocked and affordable especially when there is a sale period. Presentation is spot on. Efficient and friendly staff. Easy parking and accessibility. All credit to management as well for noticing harder economic times & adapting to customer needs.
Always staff very helpful. Such a loveky shop a all staff very caring
