I went in to the Pukekohe store today to buy a gift card and hoped to use my Google Wallet which is new to me. The young man who served me was so helpful and went way beyond the call of duty to try to get it working for me. He came up with a solution. I was soVERY grateful for his time, his patience and his friendly manner. An excellent person to have on your staff. Well done!!!!!!
You must have a power pass card to buy here. Prices cheaper than mitre 10 down the road.Great customer service, friendly staff assisted with my purchase this morning. Gave me option's with regards to timber framing. Due to health & safety reasons they've stopped cutting timber onsite. Need to have a trailer or roof rack for longer pieces of timber.
You don't need a trade pass to purchase items here,nI have bought here many times,nbut they are a trade store and therefore stock a selection of tools and consumables to complete a diy project.nIf you want a huge selection of home products shop at the urban stores or online.

Extremely poor phone service,a 28min wait with no answer or return call is absolutely ridiculous.
