The lovely receptionists are always so helpful. Dr Shafiq Bin Hussin is the absolute best doctor I have had. He genuinely listens, aims to achieve the best outcome for your well-being, and goes above and beyond what is expected. Very respectful of mental health related matters. I'm also very grateful for the low, subsidised appointment cost.
The receptionists at this clinic exhibit extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Every time I attempt to book an appointment, I am met with hostility and a complete lack of assistance, making it almost impossible to get a booking. I have also witnessed their disrespectful treatment of other patients at the clinic. Showing kindness and respect should be a basic standard, and while I understand they may have a busy workload, that does not excuse their unacceptable conduct. This clinic urgently needs to address the issue by either hiring additional staff to manage the workload or providing proper customer service training for the existing team. The current staff seem unhappy, and their behavior is entirely inappropriate.
I have been registered at Seddon for a number of years now and find the administration team to be super lovely to deal with and try their upmost to keep you informed and supportive. And the medical team I have dealt with have been very professional but approachable.

We were registered at Glasgow road doctors before and someone recommended us to seddon medical so we got ourselves registered at seddon medical but we regret now because we have been asking for appointment from last week but all we get answered is go to Glasgow urgent care as we are fully booked. this is very rude and racist behavior by receptionist .doctor is rude too which I see twice here .if we had to Glasgow urgent only why did we registered here . We need to see doctor at seddon medical not Glasgow. I was told by nurse to call @8:30 am on monday so receptionist will accommodate and I did two days in a row but reception lady was rude and we didn't get any appointment so far .fully booked for week that's the answer..please hire good and polite staff
