Thanks to the staff and in particular Linda Goodwin Clinical Manager at the Franklin Care Centre. When visiting a friend today my passenger had an event in the car to which they responded. We really appreciate the assistance concern and care they provided. A credit to your organisation. If this is the service they provide their residents they are definitely in good hands.
