This is a lovely hotel in the middle of Invercargill. On the doorstep of the new shopping area. The hotel is new so everything is top notch. The staff were friendly. We had an accessibility room, but did not need one, so i cannot comment on if it suits those who need that type of room. However it was very spacious, plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was huge with a shower.nA plus for me was that it had a powerful hairdryer and there was a separate flannel for makeup removal - nice touch.
I saw the glass bathroom and just had to stay there! It certainly didn’t disappoint! Double shower and everything!nWe really enjoyed the stay and staff were really friendly and helpful.nThe hotel has some great dining experiences with amazing food. Can’t fault it.nSuper handy location and secure parking although it comes at an extra charge of $15 a day. However they are great at parking it up for you which is lovely.
Had an emergency medical issue in Invercargill flown from QT to emergency dept Yeah. Booked this hotel last minute arrived and they were awesome and accommodating and even let me in the room 2 1/2 hours earlier at 11:30 so that I could rest. Rooms were amazing food was awesome Especially the blue cod They went beyond the expectation with Service at a time I needed it most. Good showers, great beds and a good selection of programs to watch. Some hotels look good but don’t deliver these guys look the part and they deliver. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.
Lovely hotel in a great location. This is the second time we stayed there. The rooms are lovely. Great decor. Massive bathroom with an amazing shower. Beds are super comfortable. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They helped us with getting safe parking for the motorcycles. Helpful in getting them in and out of the secure area.nTwo things we would improve? Put a microwave in the room. It makes a big difference.nAnd two, how about a buffet breakfast rather than a a-la-carte menu?nHappily stayed there for two nights and would happily stay again!
A large very comfortable room. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel - the food was outstanding, and the coffee was the best we’ve had in New Zealand so far.nThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially helping a pair of techno dinosaurs, chrome cast the movie ”Worlds, fastest Indian” onto the TV in our room.nThe hotel is exceptionally well run by management staff and chefs.nThe best artwork in Invercargill can be viewed through the window in the gym on the second floor of the hotel. It is a mural on the side of the building and is a window into views and iconic history of the area.
