This Hotel was top notch in every way.....staff super friendly & helpful. My husband had an injury and they assisted in every way. We had dinner in our room and it was delicious. Breakfast was fabulous, great service and very reasonable price. The room was modern, spacious, bright, clean - a delight to stay in. I highly recommend. The location is perfect ....very central !

We couldn’t be more impressed!nnThe customer service is warm, friendly, and outstanding and it really made all the difference and set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The team who helped us with our bags were so kind and helpful and they made us feel welcome and well cared for.....even the ones taking care of our windscreen in the morning in the carpark, the food delivery team, and the room service is awesome!nnThe room is immaculate, modern, and incredibly comfortable, a perfect space to relax. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up, and we genuinely felt at home.The food at the hotel was also delicious too!nnThe whole experience is seamless. Thanks to the lady in the help desk that helped with our room transfer today too! You're the best!nnThe service, comfort, and overall experience truly stand out. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
Extremely good amenities and quality fittings throughout the hotel and the rooms. Service was good but the room service person couldn't quite get the order right. It was difficult to order a drink to the room which it really shouldn't have been. Dinner served to the room was very nice but like breakfast was not hot the french pastries were divine. Ordered numerous items to see what would be best next time. Although next time I will probably visit one of the many restaurants on site. In room menu could be improved, by making other dishes available. Pretty basic for a top class hotel. Not everyone, particularly women 2 of us, older ladieswant to go and sit in a crowded restaurant.nOverall very very good.
The hotel is awesome. The rooms are pretty good and spacious. They have a valet for your car paid parking, but no hassle to find parking like in almost every other city in South Island and they have a concierge to help with your luggage as well a first for us in NZ!!nThey do provide drinking water and milk in the hotel rooms as well.nn10/10 recommend.nnThe one star I’ve left off is because I feel they absolutely should include a free breakfast spread with the room booking. It sucks and it would have been nice to have that service.
Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Invercargill. Spacious room! Meticulously clean. Smelt fresh. The attention to little details like dimmers on all lights in the room including the bathroom made it feel very well thought out. Would definitely stay here again.
