Nice hotel, as expected for a 5 star hotel. Large, clean and spacious rooms. The cocktail bar on the rooftop was really nice, bar tenders were super friendly and helpful. Only annoying thing, you have to pay a daily parking rate. When your spending so much money on the hotel, would think it is factored into the price
Super happy with our stay at the Langlands over the weekend. The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. Service was exceptional.nnWe had dinner the second day at the hotel restaurant and were very pleased with the food and the service. We had breakfast both days at the hotel eggs on toast and very reasonably priced.nnThis is a top hotel and well worth the money. It’s in the centre of town and so easy to walk to the new Mall.
We had the junior suite, beautiful room, excellent service. Able to order from the buildings menus as room service. Centre of town so you can walk to all the local shops/bars.nOnly slight down was the slight noise coming from the boy racers going up and down street, Friday night but they didn't go very late
100% recommend The Langlands Hotel, Invercargill. Rooms are excellent, very very good shower, beds are comfortable. Hotel is modern, well situated, it has 3 places on site to choose from to eat. We tried all 3 over the period of our stay, all were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Meld restaurant, meal was great, tasty and fresh. We were served by the Restaurant Manager who was excellent.
Nice room, comfortable beds. Excellent location, restaurant and bars. However, we stayed on a Saturday night and it was very noisy. A nearby nightclub operated until 3:20am and the bass kept us awake. We might stay again during a weekday, but definitely wouldn't on a Friday or Saturday night.
