We stayed in a one bedroom for 2 nights. We were able to get a parking spot in their lot small so we didn’t have to pay for parking.nnThe room was comfortable but could have been cleaner. Bed comfortable. Living room was tight for space as it had a single bed in it, 2 chairs for seating plus a small table with 2 chairs for eating. There a kitchen and hob for meals.nnThis is an old building with incredibly high ceilings.nnFriendly service at check in and check out.
I love staying here and have stayed a few times.nnThe rooms are comfortable, wiifii is excellent and a big bathroom. Plus absolutely spotless!nnThe staff are some of the best hospitality staff around. Always warm, friendly and super helpful.nnThis time round i fell ill. Was so grateful to have a safe haven to come to and i slept from about 4 30pm to 9am the next morning. Nothing disturbed me.nnAlso like the location ...movies are accross the road, along with great chargeback restaurants and the mall.nnSee you next time.
We were from USA, visiting NZ for the first time. During our bike tour in NZ, my husband broke his femur on a trail near Queenstown. He was transferred to a hospital in Invercargill for surgery. I stayed at Quest Invercargill for 5 nights. The apartment I stayed was clean, quiet, safe, spacious and bright with high ceilings. Efficiently/effectively organized kitchen and bathroom with washer/dryer were thoroughly appreciated. However, the best quality of this business is people. I have traveled extensively worldwide but have never encountered the extent of warmth, empathy, concerns, and kindness expressed by staff at Quest Invercargill. Visiting Invercargill was not on our travel itinerary, but what we discovered here was truly remarkable. We are sincerely grateful.
Came to Invercargill hospital unexpectedly after being extremely ill, so needed to find accommodation at very short notice upon my dischargennQuest were so nice and helpful when I rang them. They even got my room ready extra early for me, so that I was able to come straight here from the hospital, even though it was several hours before normal check innnIts these little things that really make you feel valued and cared about as a customernnMy room is lovely, spacious, with really high ceilings which lend a luxurious feeling. I have full kitchen and laundry facilities, and a bath to soak in. The king-size bed is really comfortable and I have had wonderful sleep to assist with my recovery.nnIts also an excellent location, being right in the centre of town with lots of dining options nearby. Though i havent really been able to eat, but ive very much appreciated the well stocked tea & coffee supplies in my room.nnWould happily recommend to anyone visiting Invercargill
I’ve stayed at Quest Invercargill many times over the years, and it continues to be an excellent experience. The staff are always accommodating, friendly, and professional, which really makes a difference. The rooms are consistently clean, well equipped, and spacious.nnThe location is another big plus—centrally located and within easy walking distance to shopping, groceries, and plenty of restaurants.nnHighly recommend this property for anyone visiting Invercargill.
