We stayed in a one bedroom for 2 nights. We were able to get a parking spot in their lot small so we didn’t have to pay for parking.nnThe room was comfortable but could have been cleaner. Bed comfortable. Living room was tight for space as it had a single bed in it, 2 chairs for seating plus a small table with 2 chairs for eating. There a kitchen and hob for meals.nnThis is an old building with incredibly high ceilings.nnFriendly service at check in and check out.
Nice room, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location to the township is excellent. Easy walking distance.nNice & quiet, with their on-site free parking. Worth a 4.5.nWell worth a stay.
Came to Invercargill hospital unexpectedly after being extremely ill, so needed to find accommodation at very short notice upon my dischargennQuest were so nice and helpful when I rang them. They even got my room ready extra early for me, so that I was able to come straight here from the hospital, even though it was several hours before normal check innnIts these little things that really make you feel valued and cared about as a customernnMy room is lovely, spacious, with really high ceilings which lend a luxurious feeling. I have full kitchen and laundry facilities, and a bath to soak in. The king-size bed is really comfortable and I have had wonderful sleep to assist with my recovery.nnIts also an excellent location, being right in the centre of town with lots of dining options nearby. Though i havent really been able to eat, but ive very much appreciated the well stocked tea & coffee supplies in my room.nnWould happily recommend to anyone visiting Invercargill
Great accomodation, Very central to shops. After hours check in was no good. Waited 10mins repeating on the intercom who we were to check in. Ended up getting let in by another guest. Same thing happened to the guest behind us chicking in as well. Either the intercom isnt great or the person using it need customer service skills training.
This is less a review for the hotel as a whole and more so the staff. There was a mix up in the booking on my travel agents side not with the hotel. I needed a place with laundry and the wrong type of roomed was booked so I had no laundry option. Luong was amazing and provided a complimentary laundry service and because I was departing super early drying option as well. Her stepping up made a huge difference and removed a headache.
