Very good service, slightly mistake where they had cancelled my booking when checking in which was a concern, food was served off mussels which is concerning. Room is small but good for a 1 person not a family or couple. Walls super thin, can hear people next to you snoring and talking etcnNo freezer in room and very tight in bathroom
Bit dated inside but generally ok.nHeating didn't work but was remedied quickly. Very tidy bathroom, lobby area stunning access excellent via elevators.nSouthland nice to visit great people.
Nice hotel. Not flash but they got all what we needed. Great location. Bathroom been refurbished. Friendly staff. Room was very clean.
Not bad for Invercargill! Not the most lavish hotel I've stayed at but definitely the perfect go-to. The foyer is nice and I liked the bar and restaurant on the 1st floor. Rooms were decent, the complimentary toiletries were a plus. Refrigerator in room wasn't terribly cold though. One of the lights also didn't work outside bathroom room 502.nAs someone who is a bit scared of elevators, I am glad to say that I managed to use the elevators during my stay. The elevators get a big tick from me no weird shaking or noises so elevatophobia friendly ;nKinda awkward handing in key at the end of our stay as I waited for a long time for receptionist to finish talking to another client, I was in a little bit of a hurry. A little box to return keys would be awesome and help with efficiency. Overall pretty good, reliable hotel, comfortable and friendly.
There was totally nothing to fault here , after a shocking booked accommodation suggested to us at another motel .we traveled late from Dunedin to Christchurch and then on to invercargill. Luckily at 7.30 we found 3 nights available here and could of been happier a corner room with beautiful views .Thankyou Caitlin for your kindness and care on arrival.The staff here are all fun and friendly giving great advice on what to see and do they love their little slice here .
