Beautiful time with whanau on a wonderful sunny day in the Hutt - track to summit was nice grade and great condition!
We walked the Te Whiti riser track which is accessible from the back of the park. You can either go up the riser track more gental and easy going or up the fire break quicker and steeper. Both are great walks
Lovely park, great walks amongst native bush, great sport facilities all year around: football, rugby, cricket, softball etc. Play park for the little ones and great for dog walking, cycling, hiking and trail running
Great shared resource where walkers, runners and cyclists can enjoy nature. People not controlling their dogs and letting them run off the lead is becoming a safety issue for the animals and other track users sometimes.
Went with my niece and nephew and we loved it there. We went push walk and we play on the field. It’s safe and it’s just beautiful there.
