Tasman Bay Backpackers hostel is warm, purpose-built, spacious, very clean and homely.
All year round we have free, delicious, homemade hot chocolate pudding and ice cream. From May to October there is a FREE all-you-can-eat winter breakfast, while all year round we've got FREE UNLIMITED Wi-Fi
Outside you'll find a well-used hammock, and an edible garden which includes herbs, grapes, kiwi fruit, feijoas, lemons and more.
We also have free bike rental, off-street parking and free luggage storage!
We are just like your favourite café... a place where genuine and friendly people meet. We play 100% Kiwi music. Everyone says it has a nice homely feel to it.
We're just five minutes' walk from the main street - far enough away to avoid city noise but close enough that it's an easy walk to shops, cafes, etc. We attract a wide variety of nationalities and ages and we try to ensure that everyone feels welcome and enjoys their stay.
