Great gym with very friendly staff. I'm very new to going to a gym and I've never felt out of place. My trainer has shown me what I need to be doing and was friendly and supportive and welcoming.

Good space to workout in. I went early morning so only a couple of other gym users. Some of the gear was in need of attention. Has a smaller building with weights and cardio equipment and a larger area for functional training i.e crossfit activities that is located a short walk away.

Please clean the treadmill in the Functional gym. Eeew.

Outstanding gym with Friendly staff. The classes are second to none and the equipment is well looked after. Offers something for everyone
