I’ve moved back to Christchurch and wouldn’t train anywhere else. They’ve got the perfect balance between training hard but no macho atmosphere which can be hard to find more dad jokes from Nigel than anything. Would suit anyone - from casual training/fitness up to someone who wants to eventually get in the ring

Really excellent knowledgeable instructors, friendly atmosphere and great training area. Highly reccomend.

This is a really friendly club. It caters for all levels from those who want to get fit and have fun  to those who want to grade and take it further. They have a store onsite that sells the gear that you may need.
