Some years ago i did four quadrant leadership with robin. Arrived late on the first day as the parking we were promised wasnt there. Was lucky to park two blocks away. Robin had issue with me being late. I did have to go into work early before the course started to set the days events in motion; i didnt wander in straight from home. I did have to send a couple of texts throughout the morning which didnt disturb anybody, but again robin had issue with this and decided to single me out for the rest of the day. He belittled my contribution to discussions and was quite short with me. He took issue with me writing notes in my notebook instead of on the bits of paper that he had given us. Other course participants even commented at lunchtime about how robin had something against me. It was a pity as the course material was excellent. It really is. There was a lifetime of reasearch put into it by wilf jarvis who must have been brilliant. Robin tries to come across as innovative and educated but it appeared as rude and condescending. Pretty poor performance really, especially after i found out that my employer had paid $2 grand per person for us to be there, and there was 12 of us there. At the time i was just starting in management and this course knocked my confidence for some time, and it was two years before i did another course. As things transpire now i am the person who approves training courses and i havent sent a single person there yet.

Great leadership training and fellowship. Excellent meeting venue for hire as well

Great facility but finding a park can be difficult
