We are not your average Boot Camp! Kate Foley Personal Trainer & Sponsored Athlete likes to get to know you and share with you her PASSION for fitness and helping women look and feel amazing about themselves! Having been through my own massive transformation I understand the tough journey but know the feeling of being comfortable and CONFIDENT in your own body is well worth it! We aim to show you that exercise doesn't have to be a drag and you can have FUN while getting FIT in a positive, all women environment!
Boot Camp is a military style type of training which is proven to be fun & very effective in burning calories, toning & shaping your body & increasing overall strength & fitness providing a supportive environment & incorporating a combination of resistance training, group drills, intervals, plyometrics, cardio, unique games and more! Suitable for beginners too!
Held both indoors during the winter and outdoors in summer Boot Camp is something you can do year round. Boot Camps are held in 8-12week blocks consistently throughout the year, so yes you can cancel that gym membership & actually do something that's going to work!
