Flex fitness, great place with all the extras that you could want to support your fitness goals. Great staff and easy to talk to, so I can't wait to kick things off with my PT tomorrow. Awesome.

Best gym in Christchurch easy. High quality equipment that is always kept clean, super friendly staff, and top facilities. Really nice atmosphere to train in too.

Amazing atmosphere to train in. The staff are super friendly and always so helpful. They make you feel part of the family. State of the art equipment. The gym is always clean and hygienic. The METCON classes are an absolute killer and always different each week!! Fave place to train.

Loving the gym, although it isn't huge, I always find a comfortable space to workout. Coming from a large gym I try to find the best in the city. Price, cleanliness and friendly staff and they keep improving equipment which is super important. Hopefully it just doesn't get too busy.

Much love for Flex Fitness Riccarton! Great value for your weekly membership. The people and the facilities are amazing. Also shout out to Stacey for kicking my arse on a weekly basis - she's always super motivational and keeps my workouts varied so I'm never bored. :
