Jellie Park offers everything from family fun in the water to swimming lessons designed for babies through to adult learners. There are two indoor pools that operate year round and outdoor pools and facilities in the summer.

One of the few places in town where you can jump off a 3m diving board. For that reason alone it is worth a visit. The staff are perhaps more patient with kids being kids so you can actually have some fun in the pool without being told off, within reason.
Hottest day and didn't have little pool going until end hydro silde just a joke line up for hour asked at desk if we had to wait long they said 5 minutes never again
At first there was a long wait to enrol my daughter then another staff member came out and she knew what was going on and extremely efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The price is low and enrollment was easy.
Good service great place, booked kids in for the holiday swimming program, and the ladies made it so easy . Kids have been in swimsmart classes and it's going well great teaching
Pools for different sizes, from adults to babies. Hydroslide and outside areas to have a family BBQ.
Great for a school pool day. Unfortunately about 4 schools had the same idea. Awesome hydroslide and diving boards.
Has a fantastic outdoor 50 metre pool, great for lane swimming.

I had a bad experience with the outdoor swimming pool. I came here because it was fed up here in NZ they consider a kid sized pool as a main pool, I need an adult sized one, gosh. You know, the one here they call "Olympic sized"? Well, for the rest of the world is called "adult sized". Here, is the only 50m you can find in Christchurch. Well... beside being as shallow as a kid sized one, but it was very dirty... heaps of tree leaves, hair everywhere, insects.... nope.
Great pool and gym facilities. Summertime the 50m pool, diving board, and hydoslides are great fun
