At Fitness Canterbury we cater for all sizes, ages and abilities.

Our team will work with you to make your time at Fitness Canterbury as enjoyable as possible, we want you to be able to improve yourself while having a great time too!

Fitness Canterbury offers many services to it's members, from understanding Personal Trainers, to top quality gym equipment. The gym also has an ample amount of car parking and some of the lowest gym membership fees in Christchurch, offering great value for your money.

Being located close to Christchurch Airport, Fitness Canterbury is the ideal place for those that live and work over our side of town. We have plenty of parking too!

Loved coming to this place for the training Sam had put me through to be on an equal playing field for the requirements to enter the 100 levels of the NZ Army similar to the Navy Seals requirements. Excellent service from other staff too!
Have been coming to this gym for two years now and love it! The rates are great, classes work well and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities will suit any workout plan too. Would highly recommend!
Very well equipped. I like that it is bright and airy too. It also has a protein bar for protein shakes. They also sell gym tees. Day pass at $15. Well recommended. I have gymmed all over the world during my travels and this is one of my faves.
Recently joined to build up my fitness and strength, great facility, good equipment, above all great ventilation, the whole gym is very clean, especially the bathrooms, would recommend to others to join.
Great gym facility and staff. Really like the equipment and layout. You get out, what you put in. Quiet location with ample parking too.

Great quality gym with friendly staff. The rooms are always very tidy and kept to a good standard. Lots of different machines to use allowing lots of variety in your workouts! Great place to exercise!
Love my gym, been there for years! The instructors are friendly and approachable and listen to what you want in a program. I like the casual feel of the place, not showy. 24hr access is good too.
An awesome experience. From the easy and informative sign up process to the knowledgeable and helpful staff, this gym ticks all the boxes. The equipment is well maintained and state of the art. Also impressed with the wide range of supplements on offer. FC for life!
