Good large gym with plenty of equipment. Not sure about the peak hours but around 4pm when I go during weekdays isn’t very crowded. Large clean changing room and plenty of showers. Lots of parking and bicycle stands. Plenty of group classes during the week. I personally prefer this one over the Wigram City fitness.

Good facilities but only one proper rack to deadlift in is ridiculous. Many people squatting in it when they should squat in the other racks, staff guilty of this too. Poor gym etiquette and really bad for ear health with weights smashing on the hard ground from deadlifts

Plenty of machines, my gym time is between 7-10am and I never have to queue up for any machine. Nice and clean toilet and facilities.

Great place for work out. Have been coming here since they opened. Clean. Not a lot of people during lunch hours. Lots of car parking.

Great location. Easy parking. Not overly subscribed so finding times to complete exercise programmes is hassle free. The staff are also great. Friendly and very helpful.

My current local gym! Love this place really tidy friendly staff and it's not over crowded like some other places and the machines as well as equipment are extremely reliable!
