Had a windscreen replacement this afternoon. The service was head and shoulders better than 5-star. The young man was incredibly polite, professional, did an excellent job and went above and beyond. The level of service really was excellent. The young man who both served me and replaced the windscreen will probably own that place in a couple years....

Lovely girl on reception, I forget her name, but she was so helpful and knowledgeable. A real pleasure to deal with and I will certainly go back if the need arises. They also have complimentary tea and coffee while you wait and toys for small children.

The shop is dodgy, not saying you should avoid Smith&Smith completely , but this shop for sure.nnHad wind screen replaced, seal rubber came off in few days. Wiper of rear was out of stock, but refund was never back.

Technicians are good at what they're employed to do. But unfortunately not people skills. Management will make a good decision to assign / employ reception or front of house consultant.

Super smooth, quick and easy. Was in and out in an hour for a triangle piece replacement and Sam sorted me out and was super friendly.nn100% recommend!
